1. COMPLAINTS

1.1 At Codelite.Net we always try to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if You have already submitted a support ticket or have called the support team and Your issue has not been dealt with to Your satisfaction ,then please follow the steps below in order to escalate the issue;

1: contact us, putting Your complaint in writing to the Customer Satisfaction Department, at: Codelite.net, 1 Martello Drive, Holywood, BT18 0DQ, United Kingdom;

2: we will respond to Your complaint, following receipt of Your letter. Our Customer Satisfaction Department will investigate any issues raised and propose a course of action for resolution. You should receive our response within 14 days of us receiving Your letter;
